Single compartment down classified
machine:

Two types: material type, density down type. This machine
is used to broadly classify and closely classify the material
down. The material type is to classify down into usable
and unusable two parts. The density down type is designed
to closely classify the usable part according to the necessary
varieties so as to extract the necessary down specification.
The machine body is full iron structured and is durable
to use, simple to operate and with little voice. The whole
set is consisted of machine base, down box, vacuum bagging
box, deashing box, blower fan and electric control box. |

Deashing machine:(* Magnify

Using the mechanic measure to deash the down which will
be water washed but contain too much dust and remove the
dust, stone, scurf, etc. inside the down. Adopting the
superior wood and multi-layer veneer, the machine is well
sealed and with little voice. Equipped with knocked-down
deashing sieve plate, the cylinder is iron structured.
If changing the sieve plate of different aperture when
to use, it can achieve the different deashing effect.
There are three types of deashing machine, such as model1000,
model1500 and model 2000. |

Rinsing machine:(* Magnify

It is designed to wash the down deashed or subdivided
so as to remove the grease and peculiar smell. Equipped
with the hot water case, the machine can increase the
hot water to wash down according to the down varieties.
The various machines run with various spin-driers jointly
and automatically operate. The rinsing machine has three
specifications as follows: Modle1000, Model1500 and Model2000.
Model1000 is semi-automatic, semi-stainless or all iron
type. Model1500 and Model 2000 are automatic and all stainless
types.

Dry and disinfect the down after washing and spinning.
The round liner of the machine is of double layer construction
and it adopts steam heating. In order to insure the finished
product quality and autocontrol the feeding material measurement,
the drying machine can be installed electric induced weigh
according to the design. There three specifications as
follows: Model1000, Model1500, Model2000.

Cool and deash the down dried. The theory and the materials
input of cooling machine are similar with deashing machine.
Equipped with knocked-down deashing sieve plate, it also
can achieve the different effect through changing the
sieve plate of different aperture. Three specs: Model1000,

Adopting the theory of mechanic stir, the machine stack
the down of the same specification produced by different
class mixed, so as to equal the finished products quality.
Or to mixed stack the down with different specifications
according to certain ratio so as to achieve the necessary
requirements. There are tow types as follows: Model500kg,
Model1000kg.In order to be suitable for installation in
the workshop spot, it can reasonably adjust the machine's
dimension based on ensuring the machine output.

frame treat the down material and refine the down specifications
and varieties through adjusting the wind size of centrifugal
blower and the distance between the pseudoseptums inside
the down divided machine. The machine is made of double-layer,
above the base frame, the structure is of all-wood. And
with the excellent wood and multi-layer veneer, the machine
is well sealed, good in antistatic performance. little
in work noise and automatic operating. It is equipped
with electric control box, automatic adding down machine,
vacuum bagging box and dust box. Three models: Model4000,
Model4500, Model5000.
